The Telangana High Court has once again issued a key verdict. The High Court has once again said that there is no permission for premiere and benefit shows in Telangana. The High Court, which amended its order given on January 21, today denied permission for premiere and benefit shows. It also adjourned the further hearing on this petition to the 17th of this month. On the other hand, it has issued orders allowing children under 16 years of age to attend all shows. Multiplex theaters have received a big relief with the latest verdict of the High Court. The High Court has issued an amended order to allow children under 16 years of age to attend all shows. Earlier on January 21, the court had issued orders that children under 16 years of age should not come to theaters from 11 pm to 11 am. However, the High Court recently revised its previous decision.
High Court verdict
It has issued orders not to allow children under the age of 16 into theaters from 11 pm to 11 am. It has also suggested that this matter be discussed with all sections and an appropriate decision be taken.
Special shows
According to the Cinematography Act, no special shows are allowed between 1.30 am and 8.40 am. The court had ordered the government last month to comply with this law. The government was alerted after the incident that took place at Sandhya Theatre during the benefit show of the movie Pushpa-2 . The High Court orders as well as the government decision have imposed a ban on benefit and premiere shows.

The multiplex owners have filed an interim petition in the High Court, claiming that they are suffering financial losses due to these restrictions. They have been facing financial hardship due to the restrictions on the entry of children.We are suffering serious losses.They stated in their petition that they asked the court to lift these restrictions.
Latest verdict
It revised the previous orders to allow children under 6 years of age to attend all shows. However, it denied permission for benefit, premiere and special shows. The next hearing in this case was postponed to March 17. With this verdict, it can be said that the multiplex owners and the film industry have received some relief. Since even small children are allowed to go to any show, theaters are likely to earn more revenue.
